This 3-level Mykonian luxury villa, even though it is newly-built to high specifications offering true extravagance for elite guests, still retains the white and blue colours of the Cycladic architecture.
With a Manor that sleeps 12 and an adjacent guest house that accommodates 2 to 4 guests, the estate overlooks the island of Delos and is ideal for marvelling at afternoon Greek island sunsets.
There is a 30m x 3m swimming pool filled with fresh sea water and a 4m x 5m soft water Jacuzzi. The luxury villa also prides a small indoor gym area and large verandas equipped with outdoor cooking facilities (BBQ) for you to enjoy outdoor meals under the shade of built pergolas.

Layout
The main house consists of 3 levels providing six junior suites each of which is equipped with a private en suite bath.
The upper level has a common landing area with small office facility and access to both junior suites.
The first of the double bedrooms sports a fireplace and bay windows with bathing area and a separate shower stall. The second sports a walk-in dressing room and a full shower equipment.
The ground floor has an external suite with a private kitchenette, shower, sporting its own private entrance.
On the lower level, you will appreciate a large sitting area with sliding doors opening to the swimming pool BBQ, an outdoor shower and a pathway to the annexe. This recreational room has an open plan kitchen, a separate guest shower, a WC space, a bar and a fireplace.
Underneath the pool, you will find a small, air-conditioned 80sqm apartment sporting a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom in a split level accommodation. This annex boards from 2 to 4 people, sporting one double bedroom and a sitting room that sleeps 2.
