Situated on a 7,000 m²plot, the villa enjoys stunning views of the Aegean Sea and a king size swimming pool overlooking Delos Island. The property is surrounded by gardens with local Mediterranean plants.

This luxurious Greek island villa is the ideal choice for celebrities or people seeking safety and privacy away from the tourist crowded areas of the island. In the area around the residence there are no hotels only a few private houses at a good distance from it.
The residence is divided in the main building, 5 independent apartments and 4 studios that altogether can accommodate up to 26 people. Villa Dionysos is built according to the traditional Cyclades island architecture with sparkling white walls and stone tiles.
The swimming pool has a special section for children and the pool deck is equipped with elegant rattan lounge sofas and sun chairs, the barbeque and the pool bar offer plenty of space and are ideal for private, endless hours of enjoyment under the sun or even more ideal for celebrity events and parties.
The veranda deck above the swimming pool is perfect for romantic dining, viewing the sunset in the Aegean Sea.
The in-property traditional church can be used for weddings and ceremonies. At the most peaceful and shiny area of the residence, a Meditation Gazebo for gatherings, relaxation and alternative therapy awaits the guests.
The facility standards exceed all 5 star lodgings and can be tailored to every individual’s desire. The residence hosts a full-time chef and maids available from 8.00 am to 20.00 pm.

Layout
On the ground floor of the main building is the main living room area, divided into sections with plenty of space for relaxation and dining.
The upper floor features the 4 bedrooms with separate en-suite bathrooms.
Each room is spacious with magnificent views of the sea and the nearby islands.
The 5 apartments are independent from the main building.
Apartment 1 offers two double beds and can accommodate 4 people.
Apartment 2 has one double bed and 1 double sofa bed in the living room and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Apartments 3 and 4 have one double bedroom and 1 child bed for a child up to 6 years old (upon request).
Apartment 5 is a mini suite and has a double bed and can accommodate 2 to 4 people.
All the apartments have a beautiful independent veranda and a kitchen.
The 4 guest studios offer one double bed and can accommodate up to 2 people each.
