1. PAYMENT POLICY AND TERMS
In order to confirm a booking 30% deposit is required.
The balance is due 15 (fifteen) days prior to the booked date.
A deposit payment for all villas, yachts, helicopters and all other services including any promotional offers is required at the time of booking, once a booking request has been confirmed by the Company.
The Company will not accept responsibility for cash sent through the post. Payment can be made by either Visa or MasterCard subject to a cardprocessing fee of 3,5%. Payments can also be made by Bank transfer to Hellenic Bank. Booking confirmation together with travel directions for your holidays will be sent by email or if requested, by post. You will receive confirmation of your booking as soon as a deposit is taken. When full payment has been received you will receive confirmation, receipt & invoice. Please check your confirmation when you receive it and if there are any errors please contact us within 48 hours upon receipt of documentation, as we may not be able to make changes to your booking if you leave it too late.

2. Cancelation Policy
If a booked flight is cancelled between 14 and 7 days prior to the booked date, the cancellation fee is 0% of the agreed price.
If a booked flight is cancelled between 6 and 2 days prior to the booked date, the cancellation fee is 30% of the agreed price.
If a booked flight is cancelled between 1 day and 1 hour prior to the booked date, the cancellation fee is 80% of the agreed price.
If passenger(s) do not show up to the meeting point, the cancellation fee is 90% of the agreed price.

3. INSURANCES
The client has the right to ask for the insurance documents of the helicopter he has booked. The Air Carrier shall issue all necessary documentation immediately, together with the Air Operator Certificate.


Terms & Conditions for Yachting

For all Yachting charters in the Mediterranean, prior to embarkation, the following agreement is signed by the Broker, the Yacht Owner and the Client (Charterer).

M.Y.B.A. CHARTER AGREEMENT

MYBA – The Worldwide Yachting Association guides its members on the highest ethical and technical standards, ensuring Corporate and Individual Members meet the requirements of the Rules of Conduct.

Yacht chartering rates include: Yacht's insurance, crew wages & supplement, harbour and marina fees within Greek Waters.

Rates exclude: V.A.T. taxes of 6,5% or 5,2 (for more than 3 days), or 13% (for less than 3 days), food and drinks for the guests, Corinth canal fees (if applicable), foreign water fees (if applicable), land transfers/tours, private marina charges (if any), fuel for the engines & generators, gasoline for the tenders & water toys, and the gratuity for the crew (upon client's discretion).

The A.P.A. (Advance Provisioning Allowance) covers all the above expenses. This sum is estimated the 30% of the total charter fee. The captain keeps all the receipts of the expenses and at the end of the charter we do the final financial settlement. If during the charter the costs are beyond the APA, then additional funds will be required for the outstanding bills upon disembarkation. If there is any remaining credit, the charterer will receive back the relevant amount of money.

Terms & Conditions for Escapes/Packages

Packages provide a combination of facilities and services, hence, may include Villa Rentals, Air Transfers and/ or Yachting. Terms and Conditions as well as Payment and Cancellation Policies will apply as below.

For Villas

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they are legally binding and constitute an integral part of your agreement with GMEDE.

1. THE PARTIES
Please note that GMEDE is solely acting as a booking agent in the name and on behalf of the Property Owner (or any authorized agent for the Property) for the rental of the Property and of the Service Provider or any independent provider of the preferred services list for the services requested. The booking Document constitutes your agreement for:
i) The Lodging Service Agreement for the Property with the Owner
ii) The services provided by the Service providers

2. BOOKING
2.1 These Terms and Conditions are listed in the Booking Form and contain all the provisions of your booking with GMEDE; they apply equally to the Party leader and to all the persons named “Occupants” in the Booking Form.
2.2 Your receipt of this Booking Form constitutes our conditional offer for the rental of the Property and of any additional services that you have requested. This offer is subject to our receipt of the Booking Form, duly completed and signed by you within 48 hours via email. If we do not receive the complete and signed Booking Form within the time specified, our conditional offer will expire and your provisional booking will be cancelled.
2.3 Your booking concerns accommodation in a furnished luxury property with daily cleaning and any catering or other auxiliary service that you have requested, as mentioned in the Booking Form.

3. THE PROPERTY
We visit and check each property regularly. The information about each property in our website and our brochures is accurate. We will inform you as soon as possible of any changes to the property that may make the accommodation substantially different to what you have booked. Please be aware that we use a fictional name for most properties in our portfolio for marketing purposes.

4. PAYMENTS
In order for this booking to be confirmed, it is required that you follow the Payment Schedule agreed in the Booking Form. If the payments in the Payment Schedule are not received by their respective due dates, or you violate any other provisions of the Booking Documents, the owner and/or GMEDE reserve their rights to immediately terminate this agreement and cancel your booking. In this event, the cancellation policy as per article 6 of this document shall apply.

5. BOOKING CONFIRMATION DETAILS
Once we have received full payment according to the Payment Schedule, you shall receive a Full Payment receipt/ Booking Confirmation by email from GMEDE. Please read this conformation carefully and contact GMEDE immediately if the information contained therein is incorrect or incomplete. GMEDE shall not be obliged to rectify any errors or omissions that are reported more than 24 hours after the transmission of confirmation.

6. CHANGES AND CANCELLATION BY YOU
6.1 If you wish to make any changes to your confirmed booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. We shall make every attempt to meet your request.
6.2 If you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform us immediately in writing. The following cancellation policy shall apply:
For cancellation made:

More than 12 weeks before first day of rentalFull refund minus €500 administrative charge.Between 8 and 12 weeks before first day of rentalInitial Payment (deposit) will not be refundedLess than 8 weeks before first day of rentalNO refunds

Security Deposit will be refunded in full.

7. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Please observe the check-in and check-out times, listed on the Booking Form. We will make all efforts possible to accommodate requests for early check-ins and late check-outs.
