The main town is approximately a 15 minute walk and the nearest sandy beach is only a 3 minute drive.

Villa Panorama has an area of 260 m² built on a 3,000m² private land, with a large garden, outside living spaces with large verandas, pergolas, and a very big balcony in the Master Bedroom.

The layout of the villa consists of the main building where the 4 bedrooms lie and a separate guest house with fully equipped kitchen and a dining room and living room.

The main building has on the upper floor 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi and Bath tub. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, steam room, w/c, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, storage room, external dining room, and BBQ.
