Located just 9 km south of Hermoupolis, the capital of Syros, this unique, luxurious Greek island residence sits in an oasis of privacy, on 32.200 sq ft serene grassland, leading right to the secluded cove of the sandy Fabrika beach, at the southeast corner of the island.
This superb three-story, 8 bedroom island villa has 100 ft of beachfront, its grounds are in full sun for the entire day, offering spectacular vistas, and include a 60 ft swimming pool, and beautifully appointed gardens. The main house consists of 9,687 sq. ft. with large verandas, facing the sea. On the first level is the ample living area with doors opening to the Aegean.
Also located on the first level is the dining area - separated by the living room, by an open plan fireplace -, are the large fully equipped kitchen, the office with bathroom en suite, and a guestroom with its own bathroom. The main living area extends to the patio with doors opening up to the Gardens, overlooking the multicolour led swimming pool and the jaccuzi. There is a large outdoor barbeque and a smaller portable one, for you to choose, and dine summertime style anywhere you like. Sun loungers are all around the pool and at the front garden facing the sandy beach and the deep blue of the Aegean sea.
On the second floor there are 4 master bedrooms - two of those with their own private large verandas and the other two sharing one - overlooking the sandy beach and the Aegean islands. Beautifully appointed and fully equipped, the villa's bedrooms are the absolute places of comfort and relaxation.
This exceptional Greek island villa is a kids' heaven: sophisticated kids rooms, playroom, and extensive outdoor playground. Outdoors, as well as indoors, kids of all ages may spend pleasurable time playing and entertaining themselves with several activities. Organize movie nights at the home theatre and let them listen to their favourite music, from their i-pod, indoors and outdoors from the exceptional Bose sound systems.
As for the staff; one room for two with en suite bathroom is located on the second level, for nannies to watch over the kids, and two more staffrooms accommodating 8 people (2 bunk beds in each) are located on the lower level, together with their own large living-dinning room. There is a separate laundry room.
The beach level, includes large living room with an extra large 120 inch home theatre -with more than 300 carefully pre selected movies- , dining area with a state-of-art open plan kitchen, two guestrooms with en suite bathrooms, gym, playroom with ping pong and foosball and wc . There is also a pool house, which can be used as a separate guest-room.
After the nightfall, guests may enjoy enchanting evenings and nights; with all the necessary equipment and lots of extras, you may spend amusing hours full of music, karaoke, games, and movies. As for the open-air lovers, choose between sunset cocktails by the pool, gourmet dinners under the stars, or bohemian beach parties; either way, you will never forget Syros...
